KURT UPPER (RIP)
Friday, July 2nd, 2010KURT UPPER (RIP) I had worked with Kurt many times in the past. As a matter fact he came to my home many times when I had a studio. He was talented, sensitive and funny. Recently, Kurt had some personal problems.
His credits include more than 100 albums, mostly Latin artists but also many R & B Artists as well including Freddie Jackson, Melba Moore and Kashiff. He leaves behind a ten year old son.
I worked with Kurt on the mastering of my most recent recording. Although he tried to keep it together. It was obvious that something was eating away at him. Today I found out that Kurt took his life June 4th.
God bless you my brother and forgive me for not understanding how truly distressed you were.
